I have personal experience as a buyer and seller, so I understand how much you need an agent you can trust to guide you through the process.
I enjoy working with first-time homebuyers who need to know if they can really afford a home. My background as an educator taught me a lot of the skills to successfully get you over the hurdles and into your new home!
Sellers also benefit from my strong background in data analysis. I use the most advanced tools, such as the NAR's Realtors Property Resource. These tools help us price and market your home to get the best possible outcome!
I enjoy doing market analysis for buyers and sellers. Please call me at 540.498.0525 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for a free report and consultation!
I am happy to have found a real estate home at REMAX Cornerstone Realty in Fredericksburg (each office is independently owned and operated). We enjoy serving Fredericksburg, Stafford, Orange, King George and throughout central Virginia.
I am proud to be licensed by the state of Virginia and am a member of the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors. I am currently working through the Realtor Institute to earn the GRI, the most comprehensive professional designation from the National Association of Realtors.
Prior to working in real estate, I worked in higher education and for a community-based behavioral health provider. Immediately before moving to Virginia, I was Associate Dean and then Assistant Professor at Tulsa (OK) Community College.
I earned my B.A. at Georgetown University, which was when I first fell in love with Virginia and the D.C.-metro! I then earned a master's degree at Oxford University, followed by my Master of Public Administration at the University of Oklahoma. When I'm not working, I train for competitive target archery, swim, participate in writer's groups at the Rappahanock Area libraries, and hike with my family.
