I enjoy working with first-time homebuyers who need someone they can trust to guide them through the whole process. My background as an educator taught me how to effectively communicate to get you over the hurdles and into your new home!
Sellers also benefit from my strong background in data analysis. I hold a Master of Public Administration and have used advanced data science techniques throughout my career. I use the most advanced tools, such as the NAR's Realtors Property Resource and Remine, to market your home for the best possible outcome!
I am happy to have found a real estate home at REMAX Cornerstone Realty in Fredericksburg (each office is independently owned and operated). I particularly enjoy serving Fredericksburg, Stafford, Spotsylvania, Prince William, and Fairfax counties. Our region is large, growing, and interconnected. It's important to know all of your housing options throughout northern and central Virginia.
I am proud to be licensed by the state of Virginia and am a member of the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors. I am currently working through the Realtor Institute to earn the GRI, the most comprehensive professional designation from the National Association of Realtors.
Prior to working in real estate, I worked in higher education and for a community-based behavioral health provider. Immediately before moving to Virginia, I was Associate Dean and then Assistant Professor at Tulsa (OK) Community College. I earned my B.A. at Georgetown University, which was when I first fell in love with Virginia and the D.C.-metro!
When I'm not working, I train for competitive target archery, swim, participate in writer's groups at the Central Rappahanock libraries, and hike with my family and friends.
